Location and Swimming Pool. The room was good.

The room. There was water issue all the time. We have to request the staff to check the water as why it was not coming in the bathroom. The food was not worth a price. It was worst. Too costly. Most of the people preferred to eat outside. If the price was normal, everyone would enjoy food inside.

This place is independent and free of noise. We had an amazing stay. Simple and easy. The pool was clean and the food is good.

I loved the spacious clean rooms and the pool

The staff were very helpful at times and the swimming pool was clean and a good size. It was mostly quiet except when large groups came in.

Unfortunately the menu is a bit limited. The breakfast options could include healthier options. If you want fresh fruit, then you need to walk or get a taxi into town. Also, for some reason the dinner menu doesn’t start until 7pm so if you prefer to eat before that you are left with very limited options. It would also be good if they provided free filtered water because the amount of plastic bottles consumed is not good. Especially for somewhere described as an “eco lodge”.

Lovely picturesque location off the main road. Beautiffuly kept pool - very clean. Rooms have everything you need - but could use a little fridge :o)

Location is not good at all. Food is costly and you cannot bring your own food and drinks. Also there is no hot water in washroom.

It was a lovely time during the time of stay !! It was very relaxing . The staffs are very polite . Perfect location to go to all the attractions .overall a 10/10 stay ! The swimming pool was so clean , had the time of our life . The mini bar helps to relax within the premises. The stay and rooms were clean and hygienic.

The breakfast options could be increased and some more lighting in the room would suffice.

Large rooms and good layout of the property. Vehicle parking is just outside the gate. The staff is courteous. Pet friendly.

The menu options are limited. They do not serve seafood. The other veg and non veg options are very few. The resort is at an isolated location, therefore there are no restaurants nearby at a walking distance. This makes it very difficult as the resort does not offer good food.

Decent place but the charges are too high for the stay we are provided.

The rooms could’ve been cleaner. There was only one warm light in the room which wasn’t even bright so the room always seemed dull even during the day. The water in the washbasin was constantly leaking through the day and the swimming pool wasn’t completely clean. Half the food options weren’t available even though they were on the menu.

Staff are really good. Place is close to beach. Food is good.

Rooms are small. Basic needs are missing for family stay.

Anyone required its own vehicle to reach the cottage,else taxi at this location ask me 3000₹+ sum to go north Goa. Facilities are fair. I feel like ,i should have booked beach facing property,everytime i need to go 3+km to reach. Food cost fair(not reasonable) and variety of food not available. Staff behavior fair(not so good). Pool is nice,property well maintained.

Lighting and power plugs were not working properly

The staff was really nice. Jimmy made sure we felt at home and was always quick to communicate.

Frequent power cuts and wifi should be taken care of.

The shower was occasionally hot!

Swimming pool full of green algae - told by property manager not to use. Lots of things on menu unavailable. Constant power cuts / I counted 60 and made sure I was out of the property most of the time because it was so depressing! Too far from town/beach - could have coped if the pool and kitchen fully operational. 45 minute walk each way. Loud “Boom Boom” music from bar which was strange since in the week I was there, I only saw a handful of people use it and that was for breakfast.
